A Timber Cabin up to 20m² in size does not need council approval in NSW.

The extra living space your cabin provides will serve you well for uses such as a home office, garden retreat, guest room, pool cabana, teenage retreat, art studio, recording studio or even as a rental income source.
All of the cabins have a standard layout and standard inclusions You can also ask about our customised additions such as larger decks, sub-flooring, stairs and more. We can also assist in the organization of plumbing and electrical.
However, if you're in the mood to DIY we can also organize to have the cabin kit delivered and you can install it yourself.
